Frequently Asked Questions

I will design everything by hand or in my head. Then I will run to my computer to finish the design. Once that is done I will either use my Cricut machine to help me cut the right designs with vinyl or I will use my regular or DTF printer to print off my designs. 

We haven't had any international customers... yet! When we do, we will update to let you know our policies.

We allow returns for up to 15 days. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to the company and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. A refund will be processed once the item is received. We are not responsible for items arriving damaged due to postal services not doing their jobs. We do understand that accidents do happen and we will work with our customers to make it right.
