Shipping Policy
How We Do It
We ship our shirts and other smaller garments using teal poly mailers. They are waterproof and tear-proof. We ship all of our other items such as cups, mugs, and tumblers in boxes. We make sure to wrap all of our breakables with bubble wrap so they arrive safely to your doorstep. We shop constantly for the cheapest rates and quickest delivery times. If you are needing something urgent, we can accommodate such requests with a rush order charge.
Our Return Policy
The Small Print
We allow returns for up to 15 days. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to the company and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. A refund will be processed once the item is received. We are not responsible for items arriving damaged due to postal services not doing their jobs. We do understand that accidents do happen and we will work with our customers to make it right.

At Salty Tobacco Designs, we strive to give the best with each item we sell. If you are unsatisfied with an item or something was not to your liking, we will work with you to make it right. We will replace any full priced stickers for free once we receive the damaged sticker. We will replace any vinyl or DTF print out on shirts if it starts to fade over time. We will replace any vinyl on our cups, mugs, or tumblers for free. We will work hard to keep our customers coming back. If there is anything else you should need to know about warranty, please ask.
